Will Selzer began his legal career more than 20 years ago, 19 years of which have been spent working with Tim Ramis, one of Oregon's leading land use attorneys.

During that time Will has developed excellent working relationships with attorneys, clients, planners, engineers, consultants, surveyors, government staff, realtors and title companies, enabling him to take an effective team approach to any project. His research, writing, and analytical skills help him to effectively manage both private and public land use projects such as:

  • Review, analyze, and write code standards
  • Prepare land use applications
  • Prepare findings for land use decisions
  • Analyze opposing applications and develop challenge strategies
  • Prepare Measure 37 claims
  • State and federal records research
  • Draft and review deeds and easements
  • Assist in drafting ordinances and code amendments
  • Building permits

Will received his B.A. in Communications from the University of Washington in 1970 and graduated from Portland Community College with an AA (Legal Assistant). He was a member of NALA from 1990-2005.
