Marci Sasik offers a diverse legal background in litigation, with over twelve years' experience in many areas of law, including construction litigation, construction defect claims, employment and discrimination claims, corporate and securities litigation, and real estate and land use claims.

Marci has experience in both state and federal court, including Oregon, Washington, and Idaho. Marci assists the attorneys at Jordan Schrader Ramis PC in all aspects of litigation, including interviewing witnesses and clients, conducting research, and drafting complaints, answers, motions, discovery documents, and correspondence. She assists with settlement negotiations, drafts settlement agreements and releases, summarizes depositions, and assists the attorneys with trial preparation and at trial. Marci is skilled in the analysis of facts and issues in each case. Her organizational skills enable her to control large-volume document production and efficiently manage the cases to which she is assigned.

Marci's previous experience includes managing several lawsuits on behalf of a property management company in the state of California. The lawsuits varied from breach of rental/purchase contracts, and toxic torts (mold claims), to violations of the landlord-tenant act. Marci graduated from Portland State University with a B.S. degree in Political Science.
