Prior to joining Jordan Schrader Ramis, Melinda practiced law for more than twelve years in Boston, Massachusetts and several additional years in Oregon in the areas of business, real estate, tax, estate planning and municipal law.

Her broad range of experience includes:

• Business Entities — limited liability companies, corporations including non-profits, franchises and partnerships
• Real Estate and Land Use
• Tax Planning and Compliance — federal, multistate
• Estate Planning

Since joining the firm, she has worked with government and private entities, handling municipal, corporate, real estate and tax matters.

Melinda graduated from Indiana University, Bloomington and earned her law degree simultaneously with a Masters Degree in Business Administration. She was a member of law review at Boston University School of Law, Journal of Tax Law while pursuing post graduate work in Boston.
