Jennifer DeGregorio has a 20-plus year career in various areas of real estate and land use. Her diverse experience has resulted in a keen understanding of municipal codes, comprehensive plans, zoning ordinances, and transportation regulations.
Jennifer assists attorneys with the preparation of purchase and sale agreements, easements, deeds, commercial leases, and tenants-in-common agreements. In addition, she assists in the preparation of municipal documents such as resolutions, ordinances, and municipal code language. Jennifer's analytical skills enable her to understand appraisals and environmental assessment reports. She also has experience working on Measure 37 claims and issues.
Prior to beginning her legal career, Jennifer worked as a senior real estate specialist and facilities and property management resource for Multnomah County. As a property appraiser for Multnomah and Tillamook Counties, Jennifer performed sales studies and assigned taxable and market values to residential, commercial, and farm and forest properties.
Jennifer has volunteered on the Rockaway Beach Planning Commission, Rockaway Beach City Council, and Tillamook County Welfare Advisory Board. Jennifer is a graduate of the College of Legal Arts with a Paralegal Studies Degree. She has a B.A. in English and History from Portland State University.
