Prior to joining Jordan Schrader Ramis, Kathleen Bertero had 13 years' experience as a California attorney in the areas of business, corporate, and securities law, estate planning and probate.

Kathleen's experience includes:

• Shareholder and member agreements, including buy-sell agreements and operating agreements
• Mergers and acquisitions, including stock and asset purchases

• Non-profit corporations

Since joining the firm, Kathleen has handled corporate and other business transactions, probate, estate planning, employment, and stock and asset purchase matters.

Kathleen graduated from the University of Oregon and earned her law degree from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles.
