Cynthia Phillips has more than 25 years' experience in the area of municipal law. Prior to joining Jordan Schrader Ramis PC, Cynthia served as assistant county counsel, assistant city attorney, and deputy district attorney throughout the state of Oregon. Cynthia brings a solid working knowledge of municipal law for cities, counties, and special districts, including public contracting and procurement, land use, code enforcement, ordinance preparation, open meeting and public records laws, local budget laws, government ethics, elections, asset forfeiture, telecommunications siting and leases, as well as the myriad issues that arise in the every day conduct of government business.
While serving as Assistant City Attorney for the City of Lake Oswego, Cynthia was responsible for advising the Development Review Board, the Planning Commission, and the Historical Review Board.
