A member of Jordan Schrader Ramis' Employment Law practice group, Janice Hirsch represents businesses and advises public and private employers on compliance with federal and state employment laws. With a focus on the prevention of problems, Janice's pro-active approach to labor and employment issues encourages companies to invest the time and money in the development of and strict adherence to policies and procedures before difficult employment situations can arise. In addition, she conducts investigations and represents employers in disputes with the Oregon Bureau of Labor and Industries, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, U.S. Department of Labor, and National Labor relations Board.
