A member of Jordan Schrader Ramis PC's Dirt Law® practice group, Damien Hall brings his experience and education in urban planning to provide land use solutions that help clients realize their real property development goals. Damien's acumen in urban planning and policy helps clients successfully navigate Oregon's expansive land use system, allowing them to retain the rights and obtain the entitlements necessary to maximize the value of their real property.
Damien's practice concentrates on land use and real property transaction law, while also regularly assisting clients with natural resources law, municipal law, and formation and organization of business entities.
