Justin Gericke has focused his education and career in the areas of natural resource management, sustainability, and conflict resolution. He has advised both private and public entities in the complexities of government regulation, the administrative process, and, when necessary, has litigated in both state and federal courts. His practice at Jordan Schrader Ramis concentrates on natural resource and environmental law, including water rights, water quality, endangered species, and property law and litigation. Justin seeks to create sustainable solutions to his clients' legal and administrative problems with an emphasis on proactive conflict resolution. He has represented a wide range of clients including large corporations, governmental entities, and private interests.
