Noah is a member of the Jordan Schrader Ramis PC litigation practice group and has represented clients in complex litigation in both state and federal courts. Noah's practice primarily involves representing clients in business, construction, and real property litigation, which has included some of the largest commercial disputes in Oregon. Noah currently represents clients in everything from breach of contract claims and collection actions to defending complex multi-family construction defect litigation.
Noah has the unique ability to see litigation from his client's perspective. Prior to becoming an attorney, Noah was a business owner and dealt first hand with the day-to-day challenges of business operation and management. His experience enables him to quickly ascertain his client's interests and goals in litigation and to determine how best to achieve a successful and efficient resolution for his clients.
