Business Transactions

Bob has been involved in the traditional transactions — from commercial leases, financings, acquisition, sale and development of real estate, licensing, distribution and dealer agreements, to corporate reorganization, mergers and acquisitions, divisive reorganizations and internal organization documents, such as shareholder agreements and voting rights agreements — to unique and cutting edge agreements, such as public and private partnerships, functional consolidation agreements and environmental hazardous materials response contracts.

Business Structure, Operations and Planning

From the initial idea and organizational issues, through business organizational planning, daily activities, mergers and acquisitions, and eventual succession planning for principals, Bob's business background and legal expertise helps build his clients' businesses. Bob enjoys working with emerging businesses, and with technology and e-commerce businesses, and with experts from different fields.
