Tara is a member of Jordan Schrader Ramis's Dirt Law® and Business practices. Tara assists clients with residential and commercial real estate transactions, including leasing, purchase and sales, and real estate development (condominiums, condominium approval, CC&Rs, etc). Tara also represents clients in entity formation organization, the purchase and sale of businesses, stock purchase agreements, and deferred compensation plans. She also assists clients in trademark registration.
Tara's experience includes the areas of real estate, business and homeowner's association law, and construction defect litigation. She is a graduate of Northwestern School of Law, Lewis and Clark College.
