In its fourth appearance on the coveted list, Jordan Schrader Ramis placed 8th overall among small companies, and for the third year in a row, the firm received the highest numeric score among all law firms. The magazine has sponsored the contest since 1995. This year, more than 25,000 employees in Oregon rated their satisfaction with 312 employers in 50 workplace qualities. Company representatives answered 45 questions covering a comprehensive set of benefits including health and wellness plans, time off, family-friendly policies, work scheduling, incentives, retirement plans and corporate culture.
